I initially apllied on-line in November. I was contacted about 2-3 weeks later by the Area Manager to schedule an interview. I was asked to present a field presentation (given 2 days to prepare), given a choice of 3 different technical presentations. The actual interview was conducted by the Area Manager and the Regional Manager. The interview last 2 hours. We held the formal portion of the interview first, then concluded with a 30 mins. presentation. The formal portion of the interview consisted of various situational questions, which led the interview to be more conversational. Both managers outlined the requirements and objectives for the position, as well as laying out the salary and benefits that were offered.
