Pretty straightforward. Got the intro through my MBA program. First round, about 30 min, one guy, asked me about what I knew about the company, a few other standard questions. Second round, 45 min - 1 hr (don't remember exact time), about 4-5 people on a panel, asked some more technical questions as well as what was the last book I read. Whole process took about 3-4 weeks from intro to decision. They did email me even though I did not get the job. No women in either interview out of the 5-6 total interviewers...

Quick and easy and I was able to get my response from the team within the same week. Both interviewers were very friendly and the conversation was never uncomfortable. I also met another intern so it seems they may extend into full time positions.
