Good questions, desiring to know specifics talent and skill. Explained a lot of job responsibilities. Allowed for plenty of time to explain myself and sell myself to the company. Technical components were discussed but not in depth.
Would have like to have a little more understanding of what the specific job entailed.

Hiring team was made up of one. HR was not part of the interview, but they just handled the correspondence until the interview day. Interview was competency-based mixed with a few technical questions, overall it lasted 1 hour. There was no feedback heard from the hiring manager even though it was mentioned several times feedback would be given to the candidate regardless of the outcome.

Overall a very balanced process entailing experience and what attracted you to RTX. The process entailed mostly of a panel format. It comprised of a few phases , but was shorter than most I have experienced.

Entrevista
I had a panel interview that went over only behavioral questions. There was no discussion of technical skills or experience. The last time I interviewed with Raytheon, I remember getting to talk about my technical experience and potential fit for the role. I am hoping this is not their new style.
