Entrevista
After a phone interview with an HR manager I was brought in for a face-to-face interview. I took a written personality test then was taken to a room for a team interview. Once in the room I was given a scenario regarding a difficult customer issue and was given 30 minutes to prepare a presentation for "senior management" about solving the situation. When the 30 minutes was up a team of 3 interviewers came in. I presented to them, then answered questions about my approach. Following that I have a short 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. I left and was called by the HR manager within 3 days with a verbal offer.
