Applied online. Was then emailed and asked to answer 5 questions. A few days later I heard back and needed to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, it took nearly two months before I heard back about a decision. By that time it was nearly summer and I had been unable to make any travel plans because of the short notice.
The interview was around all of my past projects. I had to go in depth on all of them while the interviewer asked follow ups. There was also a huge focus on "why RTX" and not other aerospace companies.

It was a quick 30 min behavior interview. We talked over my resume, my current experience, my projects, and when my expected graduation date was. Overall the interview seemed very easy.
Nice interview process. There's a recruiter screening call at the beginning. Recruiter was very nice and was prepared with a list of positives about the company and benefits that people love.
