Two person interview; one asks questions about why you are interested and the other asks more about your experience. It was in a large meeting space where there were people set up at different ends of a table. There seemed to be people for each department or area. After the interview, you would provide your proof of citizenship so they can begin the background checks if you move forward.

Slow process and many hoops to jump through. Takes several months to a year to even get called for interview. Many emails as to what's next they want lots of documents for security reasons.
