Before the phone interview I had to fill out a Conflict of Interest Certificate form & fill out a HireRight application. The phone interview itself was very relaxed & the moderator explained the programs & what an intern generally does. Then I explained my projects & classwork that related to the position I was being considered for. It was a good interview & I waiting upon an offer.
