I applied online and the process took several months. After about a month I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview the following day. I was interviewed by the program director and lead engineer who asked some basic questions about my resume and availability. About 6 weeks later I received an offer.

5 man panel with scheduled time booked via email. The questions asked were related to the job position and there was a complete professional outlook. If there was anything I had to change differently about the interview process I wouldn't change a thing.

They started off with the job description and followed up with personality questions. They also asked about specific experiences that directly related to the position - which were considerably more important. Lasted about 45 minutes. Followed up the next week and got the position.
