Entrevista
Went to a Raytheon only job fair. Gave them. My resume the waited for an hour or so before they called me in. They probably pre-screened all resumes and assigned you to an interviewer based on your skills.
The interview was very casual, mostly going over my resume and what I had been doing for my last employers. Only one technical question was asked.
I got passed down to another manager who also seemed very casual and he asked a couple more questions and talked about the work and work environment at Raytheon.
The whole thing lasted about 30-40 minutes and they made an offer on the spot. I signed a letter of intent and the formal offer came a week or so later via email.

The interview process mainly consisted of questions pertaining to your resume and STAR questions. To prep for this interview, I would revise your resume and make sure you know everything about your resume. Moreover, I would practice basic STAR questions.
I applied for this job on company's career portal. I didn't receive any updates about my application for a couple of months. I received an automated email from recruiter stating that my application is being considered for the role. Email has million questions to answer before proceeding to next step. I wasted an hour to compile my answers and replied to that spam email.
As soon as I sent the email, I received an automated email stating that I'm suddenly no longer being considered. It seems like they just want to grab personal data from applicants for marketing and profiling purpose.
I hope they are a bit more transparent in the hiring process rather than discriminating candidates based on public and personal information submitted in applicant profile.

HR Screen, then panel interview. Panel interview consisted of the basic STAR interview process and then technical questions. The interviewers were very polite and helped with answers if I was unable to come up with the correct one. Questions seemed to be more gauged at trying to get an understanding of how much you know and how your thought process works.
