We had a 20 minute telephone interview after previous screening processes. The staff was kind, clear and very supportive. We wanted to make sure both sides were acquiring the correct contact.
First had a phone call with recruiter, then an interview with hiring manager. Had a second interview with senior stakeholder and then a discussion with a mid-level person who would be a peer. Additional negotiation with recruiter. Questions were all fairly standard, nothing unexpected.

Interview with Technical Directors.
After the interview, the HR manager called me to tell me that the final decision was between me and another candidate, and that I would have obtained an answer in the following week.
The HR never came back to me, despite my follow-up email.
I believe the HR system of the company needs to be re-adjusted since I find this behavior very unprofessional.
