The initial response after applying for the role was fast and efficient, sending dates to confirm a first phone call interview. One the day at the arranged time, the HR person did not call and left me waiting in anticipation, I emailed with my number in case they didn't have a number to call, but no response until the following day. We rescheduled a new date and time, the call came 3 mins late and cut off after only 2 rings, I emailed for the recruiter to call again, but didn't get a call until 20 minutes later. It left us only 10 mins for the interview. Then a few days later I received an email that they will not be proceeding with my application...no surprise there RM. This was the most dreadful interview process I've ever had. RM need to get their act in order, first encounters with applicants is a glimpse into its internal culture.
