Entrevista
It took three face to face interviews and one phone interview for this position. I was told that they never hire for this position from the outside but since they didn't have any real qualified applicants, they had to "go through a process".

They mostly engaged you in conversation about yourself. Favorite things, what you like to do, favorite tv shows, etc. Really nothing about what you know about the company, if you are aware of the company's goals and where they are positioned in the now.
Easy and simple. Made me feel comfortable and I was able to answer all questions. Felt like more of a therapy session than anything. Very very very very very good.

You get 3-4 Interviews. One with each of the sales Leads "Managers". The Managers try to emphasis the company mantra of loving their sales staff. The Managers shy away from discussing compensation. They tell you that the bulk of the staff is hourly and they make the judgment of how much or if the position pays based off experience. All the Managers seem very nice and personable.
