I had 1 day of interviews internally where I met with Talent Acquisition, potential teammates and the market leader. Prior to arriving I did complete the personality test they take called PI, Predictive Index. It felt strange, but gave a ton of insightful information to both RGP and me. I received my verbal offer the next day, but it did take several days to actually get the written official offer.
