I was contacted by a recruiter and he scheduled a phone interview with the project manager. Phone screening with lots of technical questions. The phone interview last about 40 mins.

Recruiter reached out as had an referral, Had to reschedule 4 times and even twice on the day of interview. 3 months after final round, No response at all from recruiter even after several follow ups.
Advice- Don't waste time and effort of Candidates if you can't even respond after the final round.

Interviewers are nice and makes sure you are comfortable.
Was asked situational based questions; the had a very open dialogue and the interviewing process was nice although I was a little nervous, they made me feel very comfortable. No complains
