AC - 2 parts. First, you are given materails a week before to produce a stock pitch. This must be presented at the interview during 30 minutes. They can ask you technical questions etc. Another 30 minute interview also, fully behavioral.

Greater focus on behavioural questions over technical knowledge. You skip the online assessments if you completed the Spring programme. There is a half-hour telephone interview. Still waiting for a response on whether I've progressed to the AC.
