Multiple rounds including significant case study. They were transparent about process and communicative. Not an easy or fast interview, but thoughtful and intentional. Met with many stakeholders and sometimes hard to tell who was in charge.

I did the whole write up that they asked for prior to a phone interview. I actually thought it was a pretty fun exercise and learned a lot, though I probably put in too much effort for an interview where it sounded like they weren't seriously considering me at all throughout. Still a good learning experience, I suppose!
