I applied on linked in, and quickly got an email back scheduling an interview on microsoft teams. The e-mail explicitly stated, "this is an interview, make sure you dress for the part" which had me immediately concerned about their candidate pool. I attended the interview and I was dressed for the part of course, but the interviewer was late and her camera was off, which came off as incredibly disrespectful. She asked If i was willing to relocate anywhere in the US to which I said no I said no, so she promptly ended the interview. The whole experience felt pretty shady. I expected the interviewer to live up to the standard she set in the email, but I got a black screen instead.

I applied online twice. Failed their first coding problems but did well on everything else. Almost aced the entire imocha test the second time. I was told I'd receive a contract shortly. Never received it. Ghosted on emails. I wouldn't even accept the offer if it came through now.
