I attended a walk-in drive and went through two interview rounds (L1 and L2). The L1 interview was well-structured. The interviewer was knowledgeable and asked relevant questions on Java core concepts along with two coding problems. The discussion was clear and professional. The L2 interview, however, was a different experience. The questions felt less relevant to the role, and the overall interaction came across as unstructured and unprofessional. The discussion did not feel aligned with assessing technical skills and at times felt more personal than role-focused
