Got invited in through a connection. Ist interview mid February, They did not have a job description. Went through full day of interviews with 6 different people. Was invited to take a timed online aptitude test, HR and hiring manager went silent for one month, after which there was suddenly a job description (read much like my resume)and they posted the job. I got invited back for a second round on interviews in late March and then heard nothing despite calls to HR and the hiring manager. I got a call in JUNE, from hiring manager telling me I did not get the job and detailing the persons qualifications that they hired which were entirely different than my skill set (and the job description). I also had 2 recomendations from within the company for the hire. Very dissappointing process and has soured my image of them as a company.

The interview process was overkill and irritating for someone at the level that I was. I had two phone interviews on two separate days, a two hour in-person interview with three members that would be on my team, then had to come back for another in-person interview with one of the department executives, then had two separate skype calls with two other department executives on another day. All the while, we had to keep rescheduling last minute, switching between in-person/calls, and overall a troublesome experience. I was interviewing for the lowest level employee in the department besides an intern.

First step: 30 minute phone screening. Recruiter was polite and straight to the point, invited me to the next round at the end of the interview. He asked very simple behavioral questions and asked me to walk him through my resume.
Second Step: Interviewed in person at Secaucus, NJ location. I was in a room with two upper-level marketing employees, and one HR executive. They were friendly for the most part, but a little stand-offish. I mostly received normal behavioral questions, 1-2 questions threw me off a little bit. If you get to this round, make sure you bring a couple resumes with you!
I never heard back from them, emailed the HR recruiter twice and even asked for feedback (by then I assumed I was rejected) and I still didn't hear back. If I didn't hear back after a phone screening, it would have been fine. But after driving more than an hour for an in-person interview, I was not happy to not receive a response.
