It was very impersonal. I got an email after business hours the day before Thanksgiving and it said I had 24 hours to complete an online questionnaire which would be followed up by a phone response. I answered the questionnaire and then did the phone portion. It was very weird, it gave me a question and had me answer after a beep, like leaving a message. I prefer to have a back and forth conversation with a human being so they can get a better idea who they are dealing with. The questions were very generic as well. I never heard back after this step, no email, no call. Overall the process was weird and impersonal and I do not think it gave a good representation of who I am as a prospective employee.

Two department managers and one Human resources representative. Each person has ten to twelve questions they read off a printed sheet and each one writes or checks something off with each question.
