I was sent an email of interest in my resume and qualifications. They emailed a phone number to contact them. I called it only to find out it was an automated interview that I had to log in on my home computer to a site that asked questions and while on the phone still, verbally answer the questions under two minutes.

It was easy and very informational. They asked me all the the things I knew pertaining to being a phlebotomist. Like what was the order of draw. And also what was the needle gauges. what I can use them for.
