Initial screening call followed by fuller briefing call with Talent Acquisition. Next stage was a Teams call with the COO. I wasn't successful but had it been it would have been a presentation and panel interview.

How do you influence without authority to get things done.
I can't fault the interview process at Quantexa; Sumayyah Khan (Talent Partner) was incredibly thoughtful and supportive throughout, making sure I felt prepared, sharing useful resources, and providing considered feedback. Whilst I didn't get the role, it was a positive candidate experience and made me excited about the prospect of joining Quantexa.
