After talking with the HR , you will go through a technical interview and after an interview with somebody like a TL or project manager (I don't remember exactly his position). Although I didn't quiet enjoy the last interview, no feedback was sent to me until now. It's 2023, the "no feedback" policy it's still a thing even now?

Basic questions on topics like oop in java, selenium, testing principles.
The interview was very long and exhausting, very long test to find bugs in mobile app. But nice people and nice HR, that is all I have to say about it. Thank you.
