Met with Lead Test Engineer. Interview was pleasant. Taken to lunch with a junior and mid level test engineer. Company is well organized and focused on the customer and the test process. The envionment for work when not at a customer site lacks privacy and is performed in a group/ project conference style work area. Work from home is an option available to some employees based on the customer needs.

Very quick to call, make interview appointment, and hire. Only have to go through one interview. Some people get hired through phone interview. Reasonable psychometric test.
