Culture seems pretty casual, almost like an educational institution. Some smart people on staff. They seem rather heavy on managers as the org chart is very tall.
Onsite interview consisted of 8 one-on-one meetings over the course of 7 hours. At end of day, HR person told me that they had made a mistake during initial phone interview; the salary was $25K less than originally indicated. When I followed up, the HR person promised to check on the status and then never called me back., no email, no "thank you for interviewing" letter.... Not impressed with the HR group, but the departmental group was very professional. Get your questions answered from those you are interviewing with.
