Great company lots of support and great exposure. You get worked hard. Progression so far for me has been good. Mandatory return to office is a positive in my view as too many freeriders.

They majorly focus on what have you done in your experience and what is the depth that you have achieved. there might be some case studies as well. Its all about how good you are what is give in your resume.
