Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en PwC (New York, NY) en oct 2015
Entrevista
PwC visited at our university career fair & I applied online through my university career website. Received an email from PwC requesting to create a profile on their career site. After creating the profile, I received another email within a week confirming that I had been selected for an On-Campus interview for Cyber Security & Privacy practice.
On-Campus Interviews:
There were 2 behavioral rounds - 1 with a manager (cybersecurity advisory) & 2nd with the director (advisory). The primary objective of the interview was to get to know your background and see if there is a match. The manager asked technical questions related to security & identity management. The Director asked typical behavioral questions - like, "describe a time when you were in xxx situation.....& how.....". Overall a good experience. TIP - Be prepared & be very Confident.
Within a week, I received an email congratulating me & inviting me for their final round interview at PwC NY office. All expenses (travel, accommodation, food) was paid by PwC.
Final round Interview (On-Site):
There was 1 case interview (they had emailed the case overview 2 days in advance) & 1 behavioral interview. We had to read the case overview to get and try and understand the scenario. On the interview day, we were given 45 mins to read 10 questions & prepare slides (on paper) relating to the case solving the questions. Then we had to present the case slides to a Manager in an interactive interview session - 30 mins for this interview.
Next was a behavioral interview with the Managing Director of the PwC Advisory practice who was more interested in getting to know you better and why you wanted to join PwC. He also wanted to know if you had the relevant background for the position you applied. TIP: Maintain a good body language, and be confident.
Then within a week, I received an email congratulating me on getting the internship offer!

Have you ever been in a situation where you had to convince a senior member of your team with more experience? How did you go about?

Entrevista
I applied though my college career website and was called for an on-campus interview. A night before the interview we had a pre interview dinner where we had the opportunity to network with PwC Employee's including our interviewers. The first round interview process was one hour consisting of 2 one on one back to back interviews both for 30 mins. Questions were straight forward behavioral including - Leadership, Teamwork, Tell me about yourself and resume based. Very little technical knowledge expected.
I got through the first round and was invited for a super day at their New York Office. The Super day had 2 interviews one case interview and one interview with a partner. I received the case on a Wednesday and my interview was on Friday. We were given 45 minutes and a guideline questionnaire to prepare a hard copy ppt over the case and present it. Surprisingly, it was a technical interview for an Advisory position, probably based on my technical background. Interviewer was not so friendly and was more interested in the questions he wanted to ask rather than my presentation which I prepared for 45 mins. It seemed more of a Cyber Security technical position than advisory. This went on for 30 mins. After this I had one final interview with the partner, general conversation nothing like the question-answer interview.
