Entrevista
It is a 45 minute-telephone interview.I prepared all most all the questions but still failed. I was interrupted many times during answering questions so maybe the HR think I did not answer the questions clearly or I should not say too many details. It is not a difficult interview though you need to think hard about how to answer each question in a persuasive and clear way.

Why do you want to apply this role? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why do you want to apply PWC? Describe a situation when you do multitask, how did you overcome the difficulties?Tell me a situation when you think from different perspective? What is the result? What made you change your idea during that project? Tell me a situation when you have solve a very difficult problem. Why it is difficult for you at that time?
Processo di selezione così composto:
1) colloquio conoscitivo HR: domande sul candidato, domande su CV e domande che legano PwC a tue esperienze (es. Cosa porteresti in PwC dalle altre esperienze? Etc)
2) test inglese e test psicoattitudinale da remoto
3) test in presenza con domande di contabilità (30/45 domande circa se non ricordo male) + domande di logica, matematica e probabilita. Tempo 45 minuti
4) colloquio con partner o chi per lui

You have to do a situational judgment test regarding lots of different scenarios and rank them from least like you to most like you along with ranking how strongly you agree with different statements, then an online assessment, which covers different questions based on their core values and competencies.
