It was around three-hour long process. I had two interviews with interviewees. Entirely, it was very casual vibes, not too formal. After two days after the interview, I got a job offer.

Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
