Had a phone screening then a panel interview. Haven't heard back after 8 weeks and have seen the job readvertised. Pretty poor communication and disappointing for such a big company
Partner chat - commercial questions around my opinions, technical about specific considerations, what I think about the market and leadership questions: what do you want to do, whats important, how would you lead etc
The interview process was comprehensive and professional, focusing on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, client service skills, and alignment with the organization’s culture and values. Separate interview with HR and 2 x partners
