HC/recruiter reaches out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager/director. I received this notification via email but I know some who were called by HC.
Was then scheduled for interview by an Assurance Director from the office I was applying to.

There were the typical tell me about yourself, strengths and weaknesses questions, etc. There was also a technical part where I was asked about audit risks and IFRS15.

Got an interview call through Job site. First round is Technical with two interviewers. Questions were at intermediate level from Datastage and SQL. waiting for the second round of interview
Takes quite a long time to complete the process, mostly 2 months to complete the full process. But, they will always be very through with the back ground checks. If you are looking forward to work here, never postpone your given Interview dates.
There were 4 rounds , HM 2. Technical round 3.technical round 4. Partner round. 2nd round Was 1:1 and 3rd round was with panel . The interveiw was average mostly on experience (related t data engineering)
