They conducted the process a little backwards, I believe. An HR rep emailed me questions on my experience relating to the specific job I applied for ad well as my availability for a call. By the time I provided my detailed responses, I had received a call invite from a senior manager to do a phone interview, which I accepted. The HR rep then asked my availability for a call that day (in addition to the call with the senior manager, scheduled for the following morning). I replied with my availability and never heard back. I spoke with the senior manager; they explained how the phone interview would be structured (behavioral questions, followed by any questions I had). The answer to several of my questions was to ask the HR rep. However following the phone interview with the senior manager, I never heard from anyone again, not even to say I was no longer being considered. I believe they were trying to fill a role quickly, but to not even get a reply after asking me for my same-day availability for a call (and making myself available for several hours to accommodate the same), is quite rude and disrespectful of candidates' time.

I applied on line and got a phone interview followed by video interview. Two people interviewed me virtually via a webcam -- a first for me. One asked technical questions about writing process and the other more general questions about working as part of a virtual team and doing marketing writing
