Very Professional way of Recruitment & Selection, They definitely hope for a better personnel and for that their way of conducting the Selection process is quite long and brief!
There are basically 2 rounds viz Technical Interview and HR interview. If you clear the technical round mostly you can assume you have made it. In the technical round questions asked are on practical exposure of the job for example knowledge about AS, Auditing.

Second interview done by Partner - Tests ability to think on the spot. General knowledge questions. Critical thinking.
