I applied just because (through glassdoor), they called me almost instantly. When I got to the office a young woman from the HR staff was waiting for me, she introduced me to some people that were showing up to work, everyone was super friendly and warm which surprised me because this is a huge company! 5 other candidates showed up to the interview, which relieved me because I enjoy those kind of interviews. A psychologist came to ask some quick questions about ourselves and also to do the regular tests a job like this requires. I really liked that the director of the department personally showed up to briefly chat with us and describe what they were looking for.
