First there was an hr screening, and then a Case study. If the case study was done to the hiring manager’s satisfaction, there was then an interview with 6 team members - each 1:1.
The interview process was comprehensive and professional, focusing on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, client service skills, and alignment with the organization’s culture and values. Separate interview with HR and 2 x partners
