Very straightforward, partners & senior managers were friendly and asked expected technical questions. Key thing to stand out is to really research the company and how the grad programme works - focus on exactly what you will do in assurance, what the role would look like and also some basic accounting understanding.

I got the invitation for a group interview in assessment center. there was around 12 candidates who were seperated as two groups. 2 HR recuiters sitting at each end of the table to observe each candidate's performance and take notes. The two groups then started connected thinking problems and made presentations based on given case materials. Each one had a chance to give a short presentation in front. Then 1-1 interview began. Each candidate was asked to have a 10-20 minutes interview with manager and was asked about their backgrouds and some behavioral questions. 2 weeks later I received a second interview invitation for a partner interview. The total time only cost me 10 minutes, just casual chat. Then at the same day I got the offer.

Auditing sometimes is very repetitive work, do you think you like this kind of boring job?
online application for graduate role had initial aptitude test. I passed and did the one way digital interview which was just answering 2 questions where you record your self. Passed and went to assessment center which was a group case study and interview.
There will be 2 parts in the interview process. First is case study and second is user interview. Case study is about if you become an auditor, how will you audit the client. The user interview is basic questions like experience, where will you be in 5 years, etc.
