Multi step interview process, with various persons of the hierarchy ladder, from manager, to HR and partner. Written and oral interviews were set on different dates in the office headquarters itself.
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.
