The application stage is somewhat normal. Application form, tests (these can vary and are re-tested again at a later stage), an hour long phone interview so best to know a lot about the company and yourself.
Currently, I have only gotten up to this stage.

Please explain when you made a difficult choice at work ? How did this affect your work and what was the end result. (Negative or positive)
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.

Praticamente inizia l'hr chiedendo di parlare delle tue esperienze del perchè hai scelto una determinata facoltà e perchè in particolare quel percorso di studi. Poi chiedono descriviti in 2 aggettivi
chiamata con hr breve per fissare un colloquio a distanza e successivo colloquio tecnico in ambito contabilità e bilancio con manager di riferimento, feedback molto veloce il tutto è durato tre settimane
