Three stage process 1. Phone screening - phone interview with the PwC recruitment manager 2. Invite to come for an interview - project manager and a lead UX designer - behavioural questions and portfolio walkthrough - shortly after the interview, the project manager called and asked to come in for a design challenge (the final stage) 3. Interview with the UX principal and present the design challenge. They were more interested in seeing how you'd approach it, and what kind of process you'd follow rather than the actual end product.

it consisted of several stages (I think 4 meetings with various people), in general it was nice and looked professional, however as I went through the whole process and I was waiting to receive an offer - I was basically ghosted (I didn't get any feedback, message, anything) - it's okay that for some reason they decided I'm not the best fit, but after so much time spent on meetings, it would be nice to get any response indicating the finish of the recruitment process
