The interviewer created a comfortable environment and was respectful, engaging, and easy to speak with throughout the conversation. The process included both behavioral and case-study related discussions, allowing me to demonstrate my analytical thinking, communication skills, and interest in deals advisory. Overall, it was a positive experience and gave me a good understanding of the role and team culture.

The application process was relatively smooth, it took several weeks though, as at any larger company. I got an interview invitation and it was only one interview round for an intern position, which was a positive surprise. I asked to have the interview half in German (personal fit part) and half in English (technical part), as I am still learning German, and the interviewers were sweet about it. I got a call back with an offer within the same week.
