I was attended 3 rounds of interview first round with Higher management for project details and 2 and 3 rounds are for technical validations and as per HR interviewers gave me good feedback and HR also was present entire 3 calls till end and gave me rating on my communication skills. After all rounds compilation they asked me join for HR round and within 20mins they cancelled the call for some silly reasons. This took me whole 20-30 days to reach the HR round but they cancelled without notice and after few days they again called me back. My overall experience was at least they must show some value to candidates whether they are okay with candidate profile or not. Self-respect is important so after few days called me asked me to join the call for HR discussion and i declined this time.
