The interview process consists of four phases. The first phase was a 3-hour automated coding test. The second phase involved an introductory interview, where I had the opportunity to introduce myself. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. The questions were about previous experience, work preferences, and double-checks on things that had already been stated in the application. After this phase, the feedback was very generic, saying that they would not move forward. In short, it is another one of those platforms where you spend a lot of time without any results.
