So i first got interviewed by one gentleman who gave me brief of what proxify was about and asked me a few questions about my strongest languafe and all. Next thing was a 3 hour coding test which went pretty well even though I did not get to see my final score. I am yet to have a scheduled meeting with a technical person according to the processes.

Which agile methodology do i adopt in my projects?
Standard interview: a screening call with a recruiter and then a separate technical test. The technical test via online platform. First part: testing questions, second coding tasks. Questions were detailed and were checking specifics of the programming language.

Started smooth,, but they trust more the AI interview tools. If you like this process you can be interviewed. Even I got back to proceed to the next step, they automatically cancel the process using AI tools

Entrevista
The interviewer was clearly reading a prompt when asking, moving on the chair so much that it was annoying at some point. I declined the 2nd interview after considering the salary expectation, which didn't differ much comparing with a normal contract.
