The entire process was very messy.
Interview consisted of a multiple choice questions exam about C# and .Net, and then a personal interview.
After arriving I was asked to fill the exam, and guess the answer where I do not know the answer. The exam was almost entirely focused on MVC, which I did not know, so eventually I could only answer about 9 questions about SQL, and guess all the others. A pity that I could not have been informed of this when I got the phone call. This might have spared the interviewer and myself the time of applying.
The interview was very short and almost non informative, the atmosphere was very tense and I felt like I am unwanted.
Doing a frontal interview during a pandemic, I was expecting the workplace to follow some strict rules, like wearing masks. No employee, including my interviewer, was wearing a mask.
The interview was less than 6 feet away from me, and was still not wearing a mask. This made me very uncomfortable, and I said, politely, that I will keep my mask on, and apologized (ironically). I expected the interviewer to understand the incomfortable position he put me in, but unfortunately, he did not.
Also, no room for WFH.
