Like everyone else states the process is precise and does that awhile. I applied 01/14 online. I received a notice that I was invited to take assessment online 01/22 which took about 30 minutes to complete. 01/22/16 I received email that stated I passed the assessment. 02/01/16 I had the phone interview which only took about 30 minutes. My recruiter started by telling me about the position and training, We then went over my work history and I was asked 3 star format questions. I asked some question about the company and I was told by my recruiter that I would hear back by 02/03. The same night 02/01 I received the request for my Background check and my status was changed to in person interview. I started my background check. Then today 02/03 I received notice that the position has been filled and I would be contacted in the future for an in person interview when they are hiring again. I enjoyed the process it was sort of a hard pill to swallow because I thought I would get the chance for the in person interview. I am confident that I will hear back in the future though.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
