The hiring process is 5 steps as follows:
1. Complete online application
2. Complete online assessment (45 mins) The assessment was not extremely easy but make sure you pay attention and understand what they are looking for in a candidate.
3. Phone Interview. This was about 30 minutes for me with the recruiter providing information about the position/salary/company and then she proceeded to ask 5 Targeted Selection (S.T.A.R format) behavior questions. Always make sure to answer every part of the questions.
4. Background check. It was initiated about a day after the phone interview with HireRight.
5. In-person(up to an hour) Hiring manager made me feel really comfortable and became more of a conversation instead of an interview. He had a sheet with 10 things he wanted to know to get to know me better (why leave current company, what would current manager say is my two best characteristics, what do I understand about this position, how do I feel about working long hours, what do I like most/least of current job, how would I make it better, salary/benefits/work schedule). Then we proceeded to the 6 STAR targeted questions. My suggestions is have 5-6 scenarios you want to discuss and then just make sure you can apply them to the question asked and answer each throughly.
6. A complete week later I was offered the position at the highest end of the salary.
I couldn't be more excited to start a New Year, with a New Career, & New Possibilities.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
