first you apply on line. once you apply they will sent you an email confirmation within 5 days if your application gets through and approve and the next step will be an on line assessment 45 mint, once you passed that than you will get a phone call to scheduled a phone interview with one week or so. after the phone interview which consist of STAR question if you make it through the phone interview, you will move on to the next step which will be a background check which take 1 week. after background check its in person interview another one week to scheduled that and another 1 week to know if you get it or not, you can always go online to check on your status. its a very long process with this company its take 4 weeks plus to get on board if you are looking to start quick this is not the company hiring process is a very long wait period for you. you will have to wait and keep on waiting for results or phone call for any feed back i think that's crazy. why do a background check if after the face to face interview job offer is not guarantee?
