Submitted recorded responses first, then interviewed once via zoom, and was hired pretty quickly. I don't usually follow through on applications that require the recorded responses but with an actual interview that followed, I made an exception.

Multi-step process involving practice tests, record yourself answering questions, and follow up calls and other smaller steps. Over a decent process just in dept and very detailed process which can take a bit of time getting through it all
