Use the "behavioral based" interviewing technique. Will ask you scripted questions asking about what YOUR successes or goofs have been in your career. Candidates are highly encouraged to use the STAR method of response. Bottom line is they will ask about what YOUR abilities are and then turn you down for the position claiming the interview revealed your all about you and not about teamwork.
