Aptitude/personality test, then phone interview, then networking session, then final all day interview session. The final day of interviewing included two separate hour long conversations with a panel presentation in the middle.

One one hour first round interview, followed by three one hour second round interviews. All questions are behavioral based. It is best to know the "STAR" method - Situation - Task - Action - Result. It is imperative that you use this method as responses are scored based upon this metric.
